​Why have some of your locations switched to paper products instead of plastic?

Some of our locations use paper products in place of plastic to comply with local and state regulations. Where possible, we also aim to make responsible choices that support sustainability and reduce environmental impact, while continuing to provide the same quality experience for our guests.

When do you open/close for the year?

Opening and closing dates vary by location. All locations open no later than March 1 and remain open at least through mid-October, with exact dates determined by each individual location.

What are your catering minimums?

Catering minimums are $190 for delivery and $380 for full-service catering, before any applicable taxes and fees.

Why do you no longer offer sugar free options at your locations?

Over time, demand for sugar-free flavors declined, making it difficult to consistently maintain freshness. As a business, we made the decision to focus on expanding and improving other areas of the menu, which required streamlining lower-demand items. We understand that some guests rely on sugar-free options for medical reasons, and we’re sympathetic to that need, but there is no longer sufficient demand to sustainably offer those flavors while maintaining product quality.

Why are your prices high?

We do our best to keep prices competitive across all of our locations. Pricing can vary between operators, as locations owned by a single individual may have lower overall operating costs. Our pricing is aligned with most other franchise locations .

 

The smaller price difference between sizes reflects the fact that labor and operating costs make up a significant portion of each order. It takes the same amount of labor, cups, utensils, and service time to prepare a small as it does a large, with the primary difference being the amount of product. Which is 6oz at most.

I applied for a position, how do I get an update on my application?

Due to the high volume of applications we receive, we’re unable to provide individual application updates. If you have not been contacted within 14 days of applying, we are likely not moving forward at that time. However, applications are kept on file and may be reviewed if additional positions become available in the future.
